CliftonStrengths Coaching
Stop trying to fix your weaknesses. Start winning with what you already have.
Your Strengths Are Your Superpower
CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) is the world's leading strengths assessment — used by millions of professionals and hundreds of Fortune 500 companies. As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Sarah helps you go beyond the report and actually apply your top talents to your career, your leadership, and your life.
What Is CliftonStrengths?
Developed by Gallup, the CliftonStrengths assessment identifies your top natural talents from 34 theme areas. Unlike personality tests, it doesn't label you — it reveals how you naturally think, feel, and behave at your best. The result is a personalized roadmap for peak performance.
Why Work With a Certified Coach?
Taking the assessment is just the first step. Most people read their results, nod along, and then put the report in a drawer. A certified coach helps you understand what your strengths actually mean in practice — how to use them in interviews, on the job, and in your career decisions.
Decode Your Results
Your top 5 themes are unique to you. Sarah helps you understand the nuance — what each theme looks like in action and how yours interact.
Apply Them to Your Career
Whether you're job searching, gunning for a promotion, or navigating a pivot, your strengths are your competitive edge. Learn how to use them.
Lead With Confidence
Knowing your strengths changes how you show up — in interviews, in meetings, and in the work itself. Confidence isn't faked; it's built on self-awareness.
Avoid the Weakness Trap
Most people spend energy trying to fix what they're bad at. Strengths-based coaching flips that script and focuses your energy where it pays off most.
What a Session Looks Like
Take the Assessment
You'll complete the official Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment (34 themes) before our first session. Takes about 45 minutes.
Deep-Dive Debrief
In a 60-minute 1:1 session, Sarah walks through your top themes — what they mean, how they show up, and where they're already working for you.
Career Application
Together you'll map your strengths to your current goals — job search, promotion, leadership development, or career pivot.
Your Strengths Game Plan
You leave with a written action plan: how to talk about your strengths in interviews, how to leverage them on the job, and what to watch out for.

Do I need to take the assessment before booking?
Yes — the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment is included with the Assessment + Coaching session. You'll take it before we meet so we can spend our time together on coaching and application, not just reading results.
What's the difference between Top 5 and All 34?
The Top 5 report shows your five most dominant themes. The All 34 report ranks every theme, which gives you a fuller picture — including your lesser-used themes and potential blind spots. Sarah works with the All 34 report for the deepest insights.
I took StrengthsFinder years ago — are my results still valid?
Yes. Your core strengths are stable over time. If you have your results, they're still useful. That said, if it's been more than 5 years, retaking the assessment can be worthwhile — especially if your career has shifted significantly.
Can my team take this together?
Absolutely. Team strengths workshops are available for organizations and small teams. Reach out via the contact page to discuss group pricing and formats.
